At Eastside Golf, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you look and feel your best on and off the course with a seamless return experience.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
